Due to the hand made nature of our jewelry and hair accessories, we require a 3-4 week completion period unless the style is specified as an in-stock item. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to alter or accept any cancellations.
All loungewear is carried in stock between our US & Canada locations and ready to ship once your order is processed. Per Covid safety guidelines, no returns can be accepted on loungewear at this time so please make sure to refer to our sizing chart before finalizing orders.
