The Heritage Collection

The designer shares the inspiration for her latest collection in her own words

Discover the joy of Ines’ most precious memories in our Heritage collection. It captures moments that have defined her creative spirit and fueled the vision for her atelier. Her haute approach has evolved with each bride she meets while the personal touch she brings to every bridal gown remains rooted in her life’s amazing and magical journey.

We’re so excited to explore the moments behind the romance of a collection that is deeply personal to us and designed to embrace the wedding dress of your dreams.

The inspiration: The sights and sounds of the Amalfi Coast where her mother was born.

In her own words: “I have memories walking in the streets of Naples and seeing the lemons, the fuchsia flowers…the birds singing and the beautiful color of the water. I truly wanted to capture the essence of my Italian heritage.”

The heritage collection moment: Gowns with artful touches of crochet and embroidery that sparkle with the vibrant magic of the Amalfi coast. Discover feathery textures that float and glisten, and a soulful palette that puts true love on display.

The inspiration: The joy of family

In her own words: “Family is everything and has always been at the root of my happiness. It inspires me to keep moving forward.”

The heritage collection moment: Personally discover Ines’ love of bespoke fabrications including custom textiles, embroideries and embellishments. Her passion for textiles was inherited from her mother, who wore a tailored suit and red lipstick every day to work at a men’s atelier. Her dedication to her career (and a striking look to match) is at the heart of Ines’ pride in craftmanship. “My mom inspires me all the time…she had very delicate hands and her stitching and tailoring was so perfect. And with every stitch I sew, I think of my mother all the time.”

The inspiration: Reading the magazines that Ines’ father, who was a printer in Buenos Aries, often brought home.

He brought home work but for Ines, it was her first look at red carpet stars like Sophia Loren, who defined the art of true Hollywood glamour.

In her own words: “I studied couture and it is very important that the details from the inside has to be as beautiful and exact as the outside. It has to feel refined and to me, every gown is about capturing a feeling that is meant to last.”

The heritage collection moment: Ines’ cherished capsule collection of gowns shine as bright as the screen sirens from her childhood memories. Not only does she embrace the beauty of a well-constructed bridal gown, but many of our wedding dresses now feature an inner stretch mesh that doubles as shapewear.

The inspiration: The sewing machine that started her career as a wedding dress designer over 37 years ago.

In her own words:  “I came here from Buenos Aires and as an immigrant, it was a difficult time. I just wanted to work, but I didn’t have many things. Then one friend said to me, ‘there is a machine in the garbage.’…and with this machine I made my first wedding gown for a bride who couldn’t afford her dream dress in the window. After I remarried, years after, maybe 12 or 13 years later, I saw the same bride at a party and she is my sister-in-law’s cousin. Can you imagine?”

The heritage collection moment: Creating a couture moment for every bride has always inspired Ines and her commitment to making a bride’s vision come true continues on with her heritage collection.
